The best meal replacement shake I have tasted so far. I tried three before this one (1.About time ve(the worst of them all,too grainy, cant even get it down) 2. Isagentix(just ok) 3.Raw meal( also grainy and not the best tasting). It is not grainy at all which seems to be a problem with many of these meal replacement shakes. It is on the sweet side and the mix ins are great! They are expensive so what I did when I ran out is I put in half a frozen banana in my nutrabullet or added some coco powered to make a chocolate without adding the extra calories. I defiantly recommend this product.

Manuka (tea shrub) is a type of honey found in New Zealand and Australia. 16 is the UMF=Unique Manuka Factor which also can be found in factors of 12 and 20. The higher the UMF, the more medicinal value. Most honey sold in US are treated somehow either by filtering, diluting, blending, pasteurizing... which removes pollens which identify where the honey was produced and without pollens, honey has no medicinal value. This honey is so superior that once consumed, it helps allergies due to pollen content and more and externally can be applied to the skin to treat any condition.

Quite a bit cheaper than I could find at the big drug chain stores. The 3-pack is a good value. I've always had to leave it on 5 minutes longer than the instructions say. It never causes me any problems.

I passed my NCLEX -RN for the first try with only 75 questions. I have bought this out of my own pocket because I know this will help me in my board exam. I studied from this book first then with the other NCLEX review books that I have. Also, if you have the ability to purchase the Kaplan review online buy them, It helped me greatly.

Worked like a charm!!! But, buy at Home Depot at half the cost of Amazon(weird). Tile is solid after the repair. I only wonder if I decide to replace the tile in the future to modernize if fix a floor will make it any harder to remove the old tile or prep for new. This stuff is strong.
