I have two mop heads....per instructions I soak them both in warm water in the sink five minutes before use. I just spray the floor with a natural type cleaner, use one mop to clean, put it in a bag, use the other to rinse......then put them both in the washer, where they are right now. I love this. And I always hated having a dirty mop around, and now I never do. Gets behind the toilet. Good for baseboards. It is truly a helpful item, can't say enough good about it. And then later, i pull it out of the washer and set it out to dry for next time. Easy, and great.

Feels like a quality piece. The O-ring was a bit challenging only because I thought for sure I was going to break it. It did not and cap fits right on nice and snug.

The firewall is stupid and blocking things not suppose to be blocked like windows services if disabled the auto pilot and also do not remember your choices so you have to grant permission again and again for everything. Their network monitor dialog you feel that it is made by amateurs. dont fool yourself with the bright interface.

I am loving this, but first, a disclaimer: I haven't been able to do the complete fast for more than a few consecutive days. Not because I've been hungry (actually, the contrary), but I've been traveling -- can't go to Barcelona for eight days and not eat any of the food! Even so, I have been loving how this product makes me feel: light, bright, energized, and balanced. I don't get hungry and I don't have cravings.The other benefit is that it is so easy to use (although I just learned this morning that I should not be mixing it with tap water as I've done much of the time -- just read that the chlorine inactivates some of the enzymes). I carry some of the powder in a quart sized baggie along with a plastic tablespoon, and then I also make sure I have my shaker cup. Therefore, it is extremely easy to use even when traveling or on the go -- if you have access to bottled water, you can have a meal.

This is a wonderful Anti Fatigue Mat. I placed mine in front of my kitchen sink because when I wash dishes I almost always have to take a break because of back pain. This mat has actually helped, I have noticed that I can stand for a little longer than normal. I am not going to say that it has taken away all pain, but it has definitely helped. I was quite surprised at how thick this mat is, it doesn't look very thick, but when you stand on it you can really feel the cushioning. We have a couple of these types of mats at work and they do not feel as "bouncy" as this one.

Amazing. I've tried no less than a dozen detanglers for my daughter's tangly hair. This one actually works, isn't greasy, and smells lovely: pleasant and not too perfumy. The fact that my daughter tolerates hair brushing, even after daily swimming at summer camp, is a testament to how well it works.

I've had the flex belt for about a month now. I was interested of the flex belt because of the results from people I've seen. It feels like little tingles and it's kinda weird but it's really cool. The flex belt made the abs on my right side pop-out. Best product I've ever tried.
