It's very strong! Make sure to eat well before taking this stuff. I took it one day and it came right back up in a couple minutes. I guess it would work if I could get up enough nerve to take it agian.

We have had the Simply safe alarm for about 4 months or more and we love it. It is nice to know that our home is in safe hands while we are away. Very easy to install, a lot less expensive that all other alarm systems.No contracts and better yet not a outrageous bill every month. Very affordable.

This is the first thing I've tried in all my 60 years that actually does what it says. I lost 16 lbs during the two week fasting phase.
