I was a little unhappy with how flimsy the book was, but you get what you pay for and this book was very inexpensive. This book was purchased for my 10 year old daughter who recently started a coin collection, so for this purpose it would have been nice to have a little more sturdy material.

Like everyone else, I was contemplating buying either this ball, and the molten flistatec one. Since many of our men's volleyball players had the Flistatec one, and I was still on the fence between the two, I thought I'd add a bit more diversity into the ball choices.

This is great for every day use got this to stop wasting plastic bottles every day on drinking water hope to help the environment

This formula appears to give me some clarity. I will update this in the future however, as I take several vitamins and need to make sure that the feeling I am getting is from this supplement. I get brain fogginess from fibromyalgia, and was looking for something to help. I will come back in several weeks to update this review as well. (I received this product at a discount for an honest review)

I guess I haven't had as many problems with this pan as others. As far as the adhesive issue others have described, mine had a 1" x ¼" strip of adhesive holding the product description sheet to the pan. Adhesive residue on pan was easily removed with GooGone and left no discoloration.
