I have kind of a long story here - but I wanted to put this out on the internet somewhere in case another person finds themselves in my shoes and needs to know it's happened to someone else and what I did about it.

I have been very disappointed with this product. At first I could not even transfer my PC files over to it. My husband did an Internet search for help and finally ended up calling the company for help. They walked him through a very lengthy tedious process of transferring the files (I had four companies' files that I wanted to). Two of the transfers worked; two did not. Then, when I looked at one of the companies whose transfers worked, I found that none of my memorized reports had been saved. It looks like I will only be able to use QuickBooks on the old PC that I saved if I want to access the information, because it certainly isn't available to me on the Mac.

I took this. It made me feel full at dinner. I couldn't eat much at all.. not even a reasonable amount. Then in a few hours I was freaking - shaking from needing food.. I couldn't take more pills because it wasn't a mealtime and also I knew I needed nutrients. Because my body was freaking out I ate more than normal. I am not a big eater anyway so this isn't really my solution. This is good maybe for a overeaeter or binger who can't control their eating habits but what happens when it wears off? Should I have popped some more? I never feel hungry like that.. I was shaking. Just eat high fiber foods and you actually will give yourself nourishment and not feel over hungry.

Sounds like most people could get the same results with a cup of coffee for $1.99. I took one sip and the after taste was not pleasant. After reading the ingredients people should be very careful drinking too much if you can stand the taste.
