I just purchased this useless software. If you are a CPA you can probably suss this out or use Quick Books. If you are not an accountant, this software will not get the job done. I thought this software was just for managing rental properties. It wants you to add your checking accounts and manage your personal expenses. I have accounts for each property. I wanted a simple ledger to record property, tenants, income and expenses. I was hoping for too much. Back to the paper ledger.
I got this in the other night when I got off from work and was very tired, stiff and sore. I was excited to try it out. I have to honestly say it did not disappoint me at all. First off I loved the smell it just filled the whole room with wonderful aromas. Then when I got in my nice warm bath with the salts in it I couldn't help but relax and enjoy the benefits of the salts. I felt my muscles relax and just enjoyed the soak. My skin was soft afterwards and I felt better.
I bought two Zippo handwarmers. They work great. I live in Montana where the winter days and nights can get pretty cold. These units are a real "hand saver" for an older guy like me who has poor circulation in his fingers.
I purchased this software as I had seen in several on line reveiws that it was the best for 2014. I totally blocked my computer from getting on the internet and slowed been the functioning of the computer to the point I had to remove the software and go back to a previous back up to get the system working as it is intended to do. I purchased a three computer set, but will not install it on any of my computers again.
Three words: NOTHING LIKE IT! Tim Rice & Andrew Lloyd Webber's 'Jesus Christ Superstar' is a recording & concept album like no other. The 'Who's 'Tommy' may have gotten there first, but here for the first time, Andrew Lloyd Webber & Tim Rice's score & libretto really carry all of the 'dialogue' primarily in a rock styling, with every classic electric guitar riff authentically coloring all of its music & songs.
I really enjoyed reading this book. She did a great job writing this! it's riveting! I wanted to find out 'who done it'. I'm good at figuring out who that person is, only I totally missed it with this read! What a surprise to find out 'who done it'! I highly recommend reading this book. It's a an easy read an keeps your attention. I love the descriptions of the cozy Oregon coastal town as well as the characters. Well done! You won't regret reading this and you'll want more!
I sent this as a gift. My recipient loves it. She has made soup, stew, boiled eggs, and even baked a cake in it!
