Ive taken everything from this to phentermine. This by far, made me feel the absolute worst. I wound up laying in bed, feeling stupid for taking it in the first place, instead of going to the gym. If you want energy, get a preworkout. If you want appetite control, this is not going to be worth it. Id rather kill myself at the gym then feel like im having an anxiety attack.

Thought the application was easy. The biggest thing was the product needed to be properly prepared(I think the instructions say to shake for at least 5 - 10 minutes) or else it would not achieve the desired results or apply properly. Not only does it work great after it is applied, but it is a great workout on the arms with the shaking.

Disclaimer: I tried out the program for an hour, did not try to change brush options etc, so I may be wrong here and there about what the program can or cannot do.
