Got the set to use on some basic car maintenence, one of the sockets broke in under 5 minutes. One of the walls of hex inside the socket failed and cracked so that it just flexes open any time you try to use it.

When you combine this with weight training, such as crunch and plank, it works better than only doing weight trainings. But if you don't do any real exercise, this won't work. The reason is that electric stimulation does not promote neural recruitments like exercising does, so it won't build your strength unless you workout.

I love Lego games and I love Jurassic Park. Theoretically, this should be 5 Stars but it feels a bit lacking somehow. It seems a bit forced and not too original. Definitely worth the price for the content.

We love this spice combo, and use it every day, regularly, as it adds an interesting zip to chicken, salmon and halibut dishes that we enjoy. The spices are not too hot, and that's good as I do not tolerate spicy spicy foods. But it has enough spiciness to enable it to add zing to dishes that can use a bit of pep.
