I've been a Neat Company Fan & Dedicated Customer for a long time. I had NeatReceipts for many years and then decided to upgrade to NeatDesk with NeatWorks Software on 9/16/10. I loved the faster scan times, scanning front & back, etc. Then, recently on 2/16/11, the software NeatWork lost all of my data. Luckily, I back up monthly so I was able to restore the data and only lost one month's of work. Then, I started noticing scanning problems with Wide Black Band Through Image. I immediately contacted customer service which is only available through their website by opening a case. A rep responded with some instructions to try and resolve the problem. I followed the instructions and the problem wasn't fixed. I updated the case by explaining this and I got the same instructions as a response. At this point, I figured out that customer service didn't exist. I asked why I was getting the same instructions after I reported the instructions followed did not fix the issue and then a different rep gave me different instructions. I followed those instructions without any success either. I updated the report and asked about the one year warranty since my purchase was within a year, and no response after that. I filed a compliant with the FTC, BBB and wanted others interested in this product to know before considering purchasing. What's funny is that the sales rep which is the only number provided try to sell me tech support annual fee. This is quite disappointing as I was a loyal fan. BUYER BEWARE!!! Customer service and warranty does not exist after purchase.

This planner has changed my life!! I have ADD and get stressed out sometimes bc so many thoughts and plans and ideas run through my head, and I can't keep track of them all!! Not having a place to write them down made me feel like I didn't have any control. But when I finally received this agenda, ahh, I was so happy! First of all, there's so much space to write things. It's probably ideal for someone with no more than 4 or 5 classes and with smaller handwriting, like me. I never run our of room to write with this planner. It also is nice to relax and listen to the podcasts for my social justice course which are an hour long and just color in this book. It helps me focus well in lecture classes, too, so I don't pass out from sleepiness or boredom. There's also a space on the side for other notes. I usually write special plans for the day, like meetings, dates, or other special occasions. The other thing is that every page has Monday through Sunday, which works for me because I like to write down what needs to be done to prepare for Monday on Sunday. If you prefer a Sunday - Saturday format, maybe that will bother you. But I think it's perfect.

3-stars because it seems to be only the very limited product that it advertises itself to be. Acronis made their reputation copying images of disk partitions between disks or between the partitions on the same disk, and they license this technology to a range of computer and disk vendors to be included with their product. And they came to include backup capabilities that offered more features. But they don't seem to have kept up with the needs when disks are now routinely 1TB and larger, with partition sizes in the 100s of GB. Very worrisome is that their documentation indicates that they haven't adequately tracked and accommodated the changes in the OS (examples below).

So far, it's great, but what I REALLY want is an audio version that I can listen to at the beach or the gym. Maybe narrated by Morgan Freeman???

The performance of this charger is wonderful and I think it's very safe to have two pack of them for when you can't find one, I always had one charger at home, and other one at work. It’s really convenient that I should not take from home to work or from work to home. I especially like these for my children (They use these to charge their iPhones) because they can be pretty rough on charges and charging cords. Overall happy with my purchase and will keeping using it.

Non smelling, non tasting, not grainy. I'm in my early 20s and wanted to give my eggs a little oomph to them post birth control. We are not trying but not preventing. As I want my stepson to have another sibling. This drink mix is very blendable. I mix it with orange juice and water, doesn't have no after taste. I bought two packs just in case I ran out.

I was astonished by how quickly this product started working. I got both the gel and the traps, and put them out late one night. I figured in a few weeks my roach problems would be solved. But the next morning I went to work, and by the time I got back in the afternoon, I saw dead roaches in several of my cabinets, my floor, and other places. Gross, you say? Well, it's better than seeing live ones like I had for weeks! The rest of that evening I saw one or two live roaches. Each day I'd see more dead roaches, and after one week, nothing at all. This product has high marks for a reason. Get it if you have roaches, or if you don't but live in an area prone to infestation.
