I am a diabetic and kind of picky when it comes to cooking with new spices and foods. However, unlike some cooking magazines, I find this one to be easy to follow with foods that I will eat and the recipes are delicious!!! Kudos to this magazine!!!

I absolutely love this book. I took the ACT for the first time as a seventh grader and got a 23, so you can imagine my disappointment and shock when I received my score from my freshmen year and it only went up three points. I decided I needed to do some hard core studying and purchased this book and a few others. Once I began reading this book I returned the others because this book covered basically everything I needed to know. After reading this book, I took the ACT again my sophomore year and I got a 32. I was beyond amazed because all I did was read this book, I didn't take practice tests or anything.
