I've only been using this for a few days, but I think it might be working. It's kind of curbed my appetite. I followed what a previous review has done. I put a few drops under my tongue in the morning, lunch and at bedtime. The taste is strong, so be warned, but it goes away.
I've waited so long for this book and it was well worth the wait Chrissy I want to let you know that any book you drop just gets better and better. I love the fact we still keeping up with our old characters Elite, Montana, Money & Legend. This just makes me Anna know when is the next part due. Congrats this was definitely a great read. I am 52 and have been on the Amberen regimen for one year now. After suffering through waking several times per night feeling like I'm on fire, along with hot flashes, dryness, itchy-ness, and the general feeling of malaise, Amberen has been a Godsend, it allows me to feel like myself again! My son was excited to have this for Christmas! At first he was unhappy because he was used to having the chocolate ones but having something that lasts after the holiday is gone was a nice change! We liked guessing together what we thought was behind each number.
I don't understand other people's complaints but everyone is entitled to their own opinion, based on their experience. My 20-year experience with Hoovers has been great. I have had this stick vac for 3 weeks and I use it every day on my hardwood floors and bathroom rugs. It picks up a lot of dog hair, dirt and dust. The battery lasts just fine for a stick vac. It also manuevers very easily. It is a stick vac, not a heavy duty machine. It does what it is supposed to do and it is a pleasure to use.
Impressive vocals, beautiful harmonies - very nice. If you like Pentatonix, or just acapella in general, you should give this a listen. Unlike some aging vocalists, Dolly Parton's range and power doesn't seem to have diminished with age. Definitely worth the price, in my opinion.
