I really loved Yoli the first week since I lost 13 lbs, however I bounced around the the remaining 6lbs over the next 2.5 weeks. The products are really great, but pretty expensive but taste/work great - I have tried all flavors. In my opinion, I think you could substitute the Yoli protein shakes for a VERY similar product (grass fed, no gmo, no antibiotics, natural sweetener and flavor whey) that is half the price as well as a different fiber/probiotic with a much lower price. Alkalete and Passion are great and I have tried stacking (1 Alkalete for 25 lbs) and also taking the two as recommended, but have far better results with the stacking. I used to drink 3-4 cups of cofffee or tea a day, but I have not had any cravings with the two Passion per day. My first two days I was a little sluggish and cranky, so I upped to three. The food schedule works fine for me, but I have an office job. I am never hungry - sometimes I actually feel like I am forcing myself to eat the afternoon snack - and you have a wide variety of food choices. I also don't feel the cravings for junk food like I had in the past, but there are a lot os sweets that work with the low-carb diet (WW, Atkins, Skinny Cow, So Delicious, Digestives, and high percent dark chocolate).

This is a wonderful sleek case for the iPhone 7 Plus. My Iphone Preorder is still not here , but thought that the case would fit my iPhone 6 plus nonetheless. The iPhone 6 + does fit in there alright but the camera is blocked by the case since the 7 has a slightly different design. So, DONT buy this for your iPhone 6+ but it would be an absolutely amazing case for the iPhone 7+. It is attractive looking and sleek and it is durable and well made. I would definitely recommend this product! Spigen makes the best cases ever and i am gonna order the Jet Black of this case as well.

This is an excellent book, fast paced, interesting, and full of information about the legal system. The characters are well developed. The plot has copious twists and turns, so the novel is a real page turner. I highly recommend this book.

An early Halloween treat for me! I've read all these and the new short one and loved, loved, loved it! Jack and Raven were so freaking hot and cute. I loved them.

Its a cable for pretty much every single device used for media consumption on the planet. There are good cables and bad cables. When I say that, I mean all HDMI cables are pretty much the same. There is absolutely no need to buy a cable over $10. All those home theater magazines promoting their silver covered, braided, whatever cable is (pardon my french) feeding you a load of BS. I say good and cable because there are badly made cables that just break. This is not one of them. The sheathing is good, the head is good, I don't feel like its some fake cable. Just get it if you need a cable.
