I saw everyone from my hometown talking about ITworks and their products. I had been taking other weight loss pills which had been helping. I had lost ten pounds on the ones I was taking so I didn't think it could hurt to try these since people acted as if they were losing so much weight. I am active duty Army so i have to exercise every morning. I eat healthy for the most part with an occasional cheat day. I have actually gained back back taking these. They make me gassy and retain water which is probably where the weight is coming from. I tested out not taking it and I'm back down. The distributor got me with the loyal customer thing where you get the product at a cheaper price but you are obligated to take the product for three months. It gets deducted out of your account automatically and if it doesn't work for you like it didn't for me you can't even ask for a refund because they will charge you $50 for breaking the contract. So now I just have bottles of these at home and I'm terrified to take them. I was so proud of losing weight no thanks to this product. Everyone will have different results just make sure you test it out before getting suckered into being a loyal customer. It is a total of like $100+ that I wasted trying to get the cheaper price.

This is an excellent product. It helped a lot with my Blood pressure issues. I no longer take prescribed medication either.
