  • Gail Finger - excellent resource

I found this book to be a wonderful quick reference. I would recommend it - not only for HR professionals - but for managers and supervisors as well. It will help managers to start off on the right foot with new hires, prevent potentially sticky situations, and is a great resource for issues that might arise. The case examples are great. It's concise and to the point. I found the section on performance evaluations particularly helpful.

  • Holly Clowers - Fantastic Product - Best Non-Destructive Way to Clean Shingles and Probably Everything Else!!

This product is absolutely amazing!! I don't understand any negative reviews here. Some areas of our expensive architectural shingles were looking really green and nasty (we live in a large home in the woods with lots of shade especially on the north backside) and asked many local roofers and gutter cleaner types, etc. who wanted to pressure wash the shingles - that's about as bad an idea as I've ever heard and no way that's happening. I also had a section cleaned by 'professionals' years ago probably with muriatic acid which promptly destroyed that section of gutter (ate the bottom out) - never again. This product is claimed neutral and won't harm such. Easily diluted to specs, poured in an old pump sprayer that magically still worked, got a ladder, and WOW!! Shingles were bone-dry as per instructions, in early morning and relatively cool, soaked 'em down, and by the next day (no rain!!) you could already see the difference. After the first rain over 90% of mold, algae, etc. were gone and after two weeks they look like new. My torture test was a small area of shingles that literally was bright green from algae and never got any sun - again after a couple weeks now and two rains they look like new. I'd never have believed it. And sooo easy to put on. Toward the roof peaks the problem was never very noticeable but you can actually see the line (as far as my pump sprayer would reach maybe 3-4' from the roof peak) where the spray stopped - everything below that was treated looks better!! Gotta pump the sprayer up more and get all the way. Product doesn't specify brick but that's my next project - all the nasty stuff skirting the house - tried a section yesterday and it looks almost perfect today so I don't see any issues (I've had offers to pressure wash my brick also which I kindly declined). If you follow the instructions this product is amazing and i'm ordering up a dozen gallons to do the driveway and everything else. A warning about pets but we don't have any.

  • Irish64 - Urine Off was a livesaver for our basement!

Our cat decided to get into a peeing match between a neighborhood cat through our basement door (which leads to a stairwell accessible from outdoors). We hadn't gone into that area of the basement for a while, and were clueless that this was happening until one hot, humid rainy day where the stench came up the basement stairs into our house. We thought it was the litter box, which I gave a thorough cleaning, but this was not it. After a quick search, I found the area - a wooden door and concrete floor (both exterior and interior). I tried all of the typical products - vinegar (full strength), bleach (full strength), Nature's Miracle, but nothing worked. I did some research online for getting cat urine out of concrete floors, and it was recommended to first clean the floor with TSP (found at Home Depot) to open up the pores of the concrete and then come in with a heavy duty bio-enzymatic cleaner to soak into the concrete and destroy the odor causing elements. I treated the floor with bleach, and let dry for a few days, treated with vinegar and let dry for a few days, before cleaning with the TSP according to manufacturer instructions. This whole time, I barricaded the area off from our cat so he wouldn't get into these chemicals. After the area thoroughly dried (and still smelled at this point - honestly I think it was worse after the TSP treatment because it opened up the pores in the concrete), I doused it with two spray bottles worth of this cleaner and let it dry for a few days.

  • Vernon L. Brookins - Comprehensive Word

Microsoft Word 2010 Bible is probably the most comprehensive guide for using Microsoft Word 2010. This edition, which Herb Tyson compiled and edited, contains extensive instructions on using text; converting text to columns; using and modifying tables, pictures, Smart Art and Word Art; creating forms; creating blog posts; creating charts, etc. The 2010 version continues to improve the the Microsoft Word product.

  • R. Brewster - Good story

I was surprised how the story twist and turned. Definitely didn't think the books would go the way it did. All of the characters were great and had a significant impact on the story. Loved it, all 3 books.

  • L4nner - High quality, strong glass, good light quality, great packaging.

Normally I don't mention packaging at all, but because this is a tempered glass screen I feel like 9H deserves some praise here. The glass is encased in a very solid plastic container which is also quite thin. Given all the wasteful packaging out there I like seeing something packaged up using the minimal amount of product junk. The screen protector itself is very clear providing light penetration of 97%. Tempered glass is the way to go if you want to protect your expensive device from damage in the pocket from keys etc. Included with the package comes a wet and dry wipe to make sure your screen goes on without any bubbling, another serious advantage of tempered glass.

  • m&m - great

this works well with our vista stroller when we use the car seat. if you use the stroller seat just be aware that if you face the seat out the top hits this. if you face the baby towards you there's plenty of room. i put my phone and water bottle in here when we go for walks or when we're out so i dont have to keep reaching into my bag underneath.
