I have used an earlier version and have recently upgraded. While it works well, it is slow and has a few oddities to it. In the calendar monthly view, it does not display the time for meetings nor does it allow you to catagorize as does Outlook. Also, it would be helpful if it would have fields for spouse birthdays, children, etc. In today's business it is helpful to have info such as this at your fingertips when talking to clients. Sync'ing with Outlook could be much better. I use a Blackberry and it is difficult going between the Blackberry, Outlook and Act. Things either get deleted, or repeated multiple times on the various equipment.
I purchased this Gorilla Glue to see if I could salvage a resin molded rocking horse decoration, about 10 inches tall, but heavy in weight. I've tried many other products, including super glues and super gels, to glue the resin horses leg back to the rocker bottom to no avail until I tried this product. The horses legs wanted to pull toward each other and it took some force to keep them anchored to the rocker bottom, where they original were spaced. My biggest challange was finding something to wedge between the front two legs to set the right spacing for the glue to dry in place. I was concerned that even if the glue dried, would it be strong enough to be secure when I removed the wedge holding the legs in place. I followed the directions on the bottle, moistening the pieces to be glued, waited the 4 hours, and it turned out perfect, very sturdy! I've also tried this product on a ceramic tea cup and is worked very well, and on wood is works probably the best. I had some miniature wooden cars where the roof broke off, on so I wet the wood down really good, applied the glue, watched the foam expand, checked the setting every 20 minutes and wiped any extra foam off, after the four hours dry time, it was as good as new. I've tried using this glue on plastic products but haven't had any luck with that. I've had some childrens' toys break with plastic and rubber surfaces and the glue doesn't seem to want to stick or set. The foaming is kind of a pain, and you might want to monitor that on your project, but if it works well that's something I'm willing to overlook. I was pleased that there is no odor at all using this glue, even when first applied. Overall, this glue works really well on most surfaces, and will be a good alternative when other glues don't perform. I don't think there's any one product that does job exceptionally.
I don't normally write reviews but I haven't found very much information about the Blu-Ray. For people looking for this information, here you go. Everything on the disc, including the bonus features, is in 1080i AVC video with a bitrate that bounces mostly between 15Mbps and 25Mbps. Everything on the disc also has a DTS-HD MA audio track. The track is 5.1 for the main film/documentary, but Stereo for everything else. I won't comment on the film/documentary, since other reviewers have that covered. It is basically a quick 1.5 hour summary of the season, mostly focusing on the World Series.
This product did not pick up any clear channels. At first, I thought this may have had to do with the fact that I only hand tightened it. Before I tightened it further I tried taking it out so I could compare the length of the stock antenna to the stubby antenna. By doing this, I would know if it could be screwed in a bit further. When I unscrewed the antenna, the lower portion of the stubby antenna got stuck in my antenna base. I tried everything trying to get it out. Eventually I had to take two nuts, tighten them together on the threads of the lower portion of the antenna base. When doing so, ONLY the threaded rod came out, leaving the lower plastic piece stuck in the antenna base. I am very disappointed in the product, as well as, the fact that I have to buy a new antenna base. It could have been understandable if I tried to tighten this antenna down with pliers, but this all happened from hand tightening the stubby antenna. If I could give this no stars I would.
I found that the WAVE by Leatherman just did not work for the types of tasks I encountered. The narrow end of the pliers were not useful and the screwdrivers (both Phillips and standard) were too awkward and not convenient. So, I went back to what I used in the Marines - standard pliers with wirecutter blades and a simple knife with a blade, Phillips and standard screwdrivers. Both of these tools fit in a holster with two pockets designed for these two tools. The knife is exactly what I want. It has one sharp blade (with a serrated portion), a Phillips screwdriver on one end, and a standard screwdriver on the other end. I can easily get to these devices without searching for the correct tool, folding the handle, or other manipulations necessary using the WAVE. The WAVE is an excellent, high-quality multi-tool but has too many tools for my activities. The Leatherman Crater Knife is high-quality, has a limited number of tools, and is absolutely perfect for my activities.
I have sensitive skin, and this product did a great job removing fine hair without hurting my skin. You have to follow the directions exactly - mainly make sure that the protective balm is on a wider area than what you are planning to treat so you don't miss any spots. Did a great job getting rid of the "peach fuzz" quickly - still smooth almost 2 weeks later.
