I received the Worx GT2 trimmer yesterday. I purchased it from "Prime Time Solutions." I chose the package that included two batteries. I previously owned a Greenworks trimmer but the battery and motor died after two years of occasional winter use. After some arguing, Greenworks sent me a replacement motor shaft but their replacement battery costs almost as much as the Worx trimmer with one battery & charger. And some parts of the Greenworks trimmer had completely rusted, so I decided to replace the Greenworks with the Worx.
