Love this straightener! I was hoping I would like it as much as the reviews built it up to be and it turns out to be a great and quality product. The first use amazed me. I slept in my wet hair over night to wake up looking like a yeti with somewhat wavy thick hair. While getting ready for work I would usually just stick my hair in a ponytail and deal with the hair later, but I turned on the brush got dressed and then brushed my hair to straightness. It worked great and made me feel great to have tamable hair from a lazy night of not wanting to blow dry my hair. Great product. I bought this product it was not given to me.
Subscribe to this product. Great to soak both hands and feet in. Haven't had to use it to clear up fungus but it is definitely a good foot and hand soak. The fragrance wakes you up. . . .but the benefits outweigh the odor. Good product to soak an elderly's hands in. Be sure to follow with rinse water.
This is an amazing book. The idea seemed so flaky to me that I would not have bought the book had I not been doing the sun gazing recommended at recommends doing the practice barefoot so I bought "Earthing." I was surprised that it is backed by what appears to be good research. I made a foil tape covered bed sheet and tried it. My wife has trouble sleeping and it made a big difference for her. I think I sleep well but with the grounding I sleep even better. We bought the conducting half sheet and it is very nice. We also bought the wrist straps. They are elastic bands with metal tabs on them that connect to ground. They are nice but I think velcro straps with conducting tabs could be easily arranged if you want to save money. We live in an old house with out grounded electric sockets. We have a hot water heating system so I just put grounding connectors on the water pipes. I tested it and it makes a good ground. I mostly go bare footed but I made huaraches, simple sandals, as described at . I made the back square and perpendicular to the outside edge. That way I can put the aluminum tape on the bottom and fold it over the back edge and under the bottom for grounding. I have not put on the foil yet. These are great. I wear them places where bare feet are not allowed. They fit in my back pocket so they are easy to carry if I want to have them handy. Not quit as nice as bare foot but much more comfortable than shoes.
I am such an avid essential oil user and am a firm believer in its abilities to naturally prevent some of the basic ailments (i.e. headaches, muscle aches, etc.). I've heard that Frankincense oil is wonderful for stress relief, and with the job that I have, stress relief at the end of the day is a necessity. I have an electronic oil diffuser that I use for when I need a lift both emotionally and mentally. With all of the essential oils that I've tried out, I've learned that a quality produced one not only smells better, but it also provides better results. With that in mind, and after learning about the benefits of Frankincense oil, I was hoping to be able to get my hands on one that would provide me with the stress relief and general mind-easing effect that I was looking for. The first night I used this, I decided to put a few drops into my oil diffuser in the bathroom so that I can bask in it while I took a shower. The scent of this is very strong from the bottle, but coming out of the diffuser in its fine, misty form, there was a nice citrusy and woodsie scent that engulfed the bathroom. That paired with the hot steam from the shower somehow did wonders in easing my mind. I turned off the diffuser at the end of the shower and let the scent linger. I loved that the scent was strong enough to linger in the air yet soft enough to help me relax. I have to say, and this is completely from experience from using it, that this bottle of Frankincense oil is top notch. It'll last a long time considering I only put about 4 drops into the diffuser and the aroma was strong enough. This is a highly recommended product from me. If you're looking for a quick pick-me-up and you enjoy a bit of a woodsy/citrusy scent, this particular brand is the go-to.
So this is my first stab at this product, and after using this, I can say it helps. It's essentially a protein shake enriched with vitamins. I like the taste of it and it does keep me full for a while! At 90 calories per serving, it is obvious it will reduce weight since your calorie count is lowered.
