  • Amazon Customer - Waste of money

    I had used Lilash in the past w/ amazing results. But it is much more expensive so when I saw reviews touting IdolLash as the best I thought I would try it and save myself a whole bunch of $$. Wrong. I just threw my money away. I used it religously w/ absolutely no noticable result at all.

    This is a scam to get adds on your computer and to upsell you on other services. Had to actually block the helpdesk phone number after trying to get help with a minor issue.

    Its a little pricey, but we believe well worth it. I don't like to order from Supples website as they con you to order more than you can use.

    I have a dog and a girlfriend and I'm not sure who sheds more. SO FAR I'm really impressed with this vacuum. It picks up a MASSIVE hairball every time I use it, even AFTER the big expensive Dyson. I love the easy switching from hard-floor to carpet moving roller-brush. I'm a little concerned about its construction for longevity though. Admittedly I'm a little rough on vacuums I push it hard and run into things. Several times the canister has fallen off because the design of the tiny plastic tab keeping it on is ridiculous. As for now, it's working as promised and very happy with it. If the tab breaks and canister keeps falling off I will update the review. Thanks for reading if this was helpful let me know!

    This software is a really really bad joke. First it would not work with an out of box hardware solution that was touted as a turnkey solution. We had to return HP printer for Epson to get reciepts to work. Their support is terrible. No one will answer questions on their help forum. The software is Java based so printer drivers are hard coded so can't use standard HW drivers. If you started out with an earlier version and want to upgrade to version 5 they make you upgrade v2, v3, v4 before you can install v5. After 2 weeks was finally able to get it to work as advertised, albeit very slow. Now, after 1 year, it has slowed down to the point that it takes almost 5 minutes to log in new users during shift changes. Again, no help at all on the forums after leaving a post there for 2 weeks.

    Product works very well. However, I noticed I have an allergy to the styling foam, not sure about this product though. Have not tried it again since that discovery.
