Unfortunately, my first Nest thermostat was DOA - all I could get was a solid white screen. I called tech support relatively late one night. They were VERY patient and helpful as we tried rebooting the unit and updating the software using a USB cable. Ultimately, the thermostat was defective, but Nest shipped out a replacement overnight at no charge. It worked perfectly. I love the fact it has solid state relays, which don't go "click-click" every time the heat or air cycles.

This stuff is the best. I've been using it for 13 years and I still can't find anything better. Paired with a microfiber towel (I use one specifically designed for glass), it works wonders. I clean the inside and outside with this and it really makes the glass "invisible."

I don't understand all the wonderful reviews of this product. I think it tastes pretty bad. It is a little better than your typical instant coffee, but nowhere near close to the way a gourmet coffee should taste.

Very high quality pen and very beautiful to look at. (One of the physicians I work with admired it the other day). I use it now more than my Mont Blanc roller ball. The stock refill is very smooth. In a pinch, you can substitute a G2 roller ball refill, which are available just about everywhere. I plan to buy another at some point.
