UPDATE: It is now 6 months since I applied this product to eliminate mold/mildew in my basement - all I can say is it is GONE. Totally. This is a fantastic product and I highly recommend it. If I could give this product more then 5 Stars I would.

Not recommended for kid friendly use. The way the stand works makes any bump a fail, like it will fall over, and over, and over again. The kindle is a little heavy for such a small stand. Office use with a desk = great. Kids, couch or a movie in bed on sick days = fail. The plus side is that it has been dropped a few times by my toddler and is 100% safe/fine.

Loved it. I have been critical of the Requiem books at times for every trilogy following the exact same "formula" but these have been excellent. I see Daniel is evolving as an author and I look forward to more.

I wanted to use my iPhone and/or iPad for their GPS capabilites rather than taking another GPS device. Problem is that the iPhone drains batteries pretty quickly. My 3rd generation iPad is better but it still won't last three or four days in the back country.

Do not read this book if you are afraid of facing reality. Having lived several years in Oakland, I can definitely identify many of the factors Mr. Kersey describes. Again, do not read this book if you still have illusions of political correctness.
