This Hair, Skin & Nails Complex Supplement by Nature's Wellness is a product that I received for free from the supplier to be reviewed. This product contains 60 tablets and includes 5000mcg of biotin, silica and so many great vitamins that have done wonders. Not only does this product contain essential vitamins, the proprietary blend is extensive. I love that this product was made right here in the USA. I do wish however that it was labeled as organic, I want to know that my supplements are coming from a safe source. My hair and skin now have a great natural glow that I love. I have also noticed a natural shine and my hair looks more colorful and healthy. I like to take two pills a day with my lunch and a big glass of water. It only took a couple of weeks for me to start noticing some of the many great benefits from taking this supplement. I love the results I have gotten from this product. This is something that I will definitely take again in the future. I would recommend this to anyone who would want to improve their hair.

I was glancing through a copy of 'Toilet Seat Review International' and they were quoted as saying that there was a chapter in this book which covered 'Future Demand (Years 2014-2025) for Injection Molded Polypropoline Toilet Seats in the Western Pacific Rim Region and the Effect on Blown Injected Polystyrene Toilet Seats" but you know what - NOTHING! I mean, they did have a paragraph or two, but I hardly call that a CHAPTER! All in all though it is a page turner, I read all 1100 pages in one sitting.
