Product is top quality but I have some grudges against Microsoft for the following: 1) Can be used on only one computer. 2) This is just a paper card with the product code. You have to download the product from office.com. 3) Can't purchase a second licence as you have to purchase another download at full price. 4) Does not have all the features as office 365. 5) Microsoft is PUSHING their customers to office 365 so they can charge you a yearly fee. Not cool

Pace is pretty much the gold standard of mass produced, bottled salsa and I use it a lot. These plastic jugs store easily in the pantry and keep a little over a month in the refrigerator after they're opened. If you don't like any heat, use the mild. I use the medium on nearly everything, it has a great flavor with a little heat to it but not enough to kill my stomach. The hot is great if you don't have stomach issues (it sucks getting old).

I love these products but I have to warn people who may be counting on this product to "recover" files or folders from a full system backup (also called a full "image" backup). After many emails back and forth to Roxio support, the official word is that you CANNOT recover individual files or folders from an image backup. The entire image has to be restored. There are other products that do have this capability but Roxio Creator is NOT one of them so be advised. The recommended procedure is to take an image backup maybe once a month and then use Roxio Creator to take file and folder backups of important stuff more often since this is the only way to recover important files without having to restore your entire system (which of course will not include any updates you may have made since that image backup was done). The support people seemed to initially be unaware of this which is why it took weeks to get to the truth of this limitation.

At first when I got it, I was impressed by it, but after just a month, the pen will not write anymore like the ink is dry. and it took turn to worst, the end part of the pen just fell off! not to mentioned that the hook on the pen itself keeps popping out on me.

I bought this for my wife's and family computers. I installed it and was pleased by how easy it was. The best selling point is that no one has complained and I have not been asked to straighten out any problems since.
