I honestly was hopeful that I would have better luck with this product. I've had it for some time now and have only used it twice. I thought that it would be quick and easier than using my straightener every morning, but instead this takes longer. even on the highest temperature, I have to run it through my hair multiple times and very slowly. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
This is my second messenger bag and my first from Timbuk2. My first was a Chrome, which is far superior to this. If you have the money for a Chrome, get it. But I didn't have the money for one, so I got this. If it wasn't drastically on sale, and I didn't have a gift card, I would have been sorely disappointed. First because of the unwieldy quick adjustment buckle. It digs into my ribs constantly -- to the point that I took it off, and reduced the functionality of the bag. But more importantly, this bag does not adequately protect my books and electronics from the rain. I got it just to carry around my laptop and books for school. But the bag's flap does not completely cover the main compartment. As a result, water gets into the bag and my books are wet. I am disappoint.
I have only had this product for a couple of weeks but I don't see as many bed bugs as I did. It is very user friendly and there is NO SMELL which is good because I have cats and I was afraid of them inhaling caustic fumes. It is great for spraying the ceiling cracks where this little critters can come into from the apartment upstairs.
I ordered this beast of a battery, but the first one i received was extremely slow to charge - I gave a so-so review, but Jemma customer service contacted me, told me that they believed that the battery was defective. This happens, I understand. But rarely have I run into companies as eager to please the customer as Jemma.
