Most instant potatoes contain sulfites. Actually a lot of white things are sulfited to keep them from browning. Sometimes there are artificial flavors too. I use very few prepared food items--not because I want to do everything myself but because so many prepared items contain things I do not want to eat or feed to my family. Over the years I did often use instant mashed potatoes of one brand or another. But then when I became sulfite sensitive I needed to stop eating them. And it was sad to lose such a handy item which would keep on the shelf and that people liked and which could go with so many dinners.

Nice pan. It is made of heavy duty stainless steel and not aluminum covered Teflon. Aluminum is a known causal factor in brain disorders such as Alzheimer's. The fluoride in Teflon is as toxic as mercury. It scratches easily and you are cooking on aluminum. It is easy to use. I would recommend it.

These are nice solar lights. They are pretty well made. A lot of this type of product is made out of cheap plastic, but the tubes on these are actually stainless steel which makes them hold up better in the ground. They are easy to assemble, and having 6 is a nice number. They are not super tiny either, which is nice. The solar panels work well and they emit a decent amount of light at night (not super bright, but pretty good for solar). The stainless steel look is very neutral and I found they fit in with the rest of our yard easily.

I was very happy with the condition of this book when it arrived promptly. The pages were excellent and all the information I needed was there as it should be.

Arrived yesterday, so I have took one last night and another this morning. There is literally no taste to this. Powder almost dissolves completely, but I have to keep stirring as I am drinking to get it completely dissolved. Hopefully it works!!!

the words RAPID CLEANSE aren't taken lightly to describe this product. It seriously got me and my stomach to share some good times together at the restroom. totally worth it. good for cleaning up the intestines and losing weight fast.
