So far I seriously love this cookbook & diet plan. Prior to buying this book I have already tried to make many changes (using only whole wheat products, drinking water not sodas, trying to limit sugars) but still I had trouble designing meal plans that we can stick with and we are in a rut. I am also type 2 diabetic and so I know with absolute certainty that sugar is like a poison to my body. I need to cut myself off from it totally cold turkey but I needed help figuring out what to eat and how to eat instead with options that I will WANT to eat. That's the whole key for me is teaching myself how to make things that I will crave and will enjoy, which will create a healthier way of life.

I was skeptical while watching the commercial. I broke both sides of my ribs. The one side that bothers me the most is the side I broke 12 years ago. Put a real damper in my sports and no meds helped at all. I am back hitting my golf driver 280 no problems and no pain. It did take over 2 weeks to start feeling better, but it taste so good I really look forward to drinking it.

Probably one of the best trimmers on the market that's made for the home user. I bought this exact set from Walmart about 6 years ago it finally gave out about a month ago. I believe the only reason they went out then was because I modified a replacement blade that was not made for this model. Needless to say, the experience with these clippers were great. This machine uses the same style blade that the professional t-outliners use. If you keep your blades oiled, clean and adjust them regularly they will last along time without sacrificing the quality of the cut. I cut my own hair as well as other family members and was comfortable doing an entire cutdown and line up easily. The only con to these would be how hot they get after about 20 mins. of use. With that being said, this unit was clearly design to shape up trim edges and facial hair. So in my opinion to complain about that would be knit-picking.

You can get everything in this book for free and more by usung google. I thought it would help me out in certain questions and set up, such as setting up for retail sales, best way to enter multiple deposits etc. it covered it very lightly.

I have a wooden mail box and have problems with the wood rooting from rain water. I have just replaced it and thought NeverWet would keep the water from getting into the wood. Followed instructions that came with it. Problem when it dried it looked like I sprayed it with powdered chalk. I know they said it would do that ,but when I tried to reinstall the top of the mailbox everywhere I touched it the powder came off like it was powdered chalk. It may work well on your shoes but to me it is a rip off for 19.00.

After a diagnosis of contact dermatitis, and a steroid shot, I was still absolutely miserable with welts, blisters and unbearable itching. The creams, both OTC and prescription were provided very little relief, then is found this on Amazon. It was more expensive than what I wanted to pay, but I decided to take a chance because of some of the reviews. It was well worth the price! It stopped the itching immediately! Highly recommend this product!
