Board room babies is a bit of an insult to readers. It actually sounds like a serious case study of the behavior of CEOs and Senior Managers, but provides little to no analysis on what really drives the behavior of the executive class. The book attempts to make humorous comparisons of executives and babies, but the anecdotes are so frustratingly real that they make me want to strangle my own boss instead laugh at the author's words. What I was really looking for was a case study that shows why we have an under performing, over-privileged class of lame duck leaders and an over performing under-privileged class that serves them only to get berated in performance reviews year after year.

Pros: Useful tools. Different colors are helpful so everyone can have their own. Adjustable spray strength on the handle is very convenient. It works great.

I like that you can charge batteries of different sizes. And the display on the top shows you the charged level of each individual battery, so you can take some out while letting others finish. Charges quickly.

I must admit I purchased two of these EasyCap thinking maybe I could make them work. I installed it on System 7 does NOT work like they say BUT it did not work on my Windows XP either so I was sure it would work on my windows vista old computer which I would dedicate to just monitor the cameras. There it worked for 1 day as a camera monitor, I could see all 4 cameras and very dark views. The cameras looked much better before just being plugged to the TV AV input. The easycap never recorded anything and the day after it would not work. I tried both EasyCaps and none worked so I returned both. If you don't want to waste time like me DON'T BUY IT, get something else.
