The fibers work well and definitely give your hair a fuller appearance. You just need to be careful not to sprinkle too much at one time. It's expensive so you don't want to apply more than necessary. The fibers are very light and will fly all over, so you need to hold the bottle near the area to be covered before shaking. And, if I am going to cover the area near my forehead, I tilt my head back slightly so the fibers don't end up on my forehead.
I suffered for at least 8 years with stomach bloating immediately after eating almost any kind of food -- and frequently in addition to burping with acid reflux so bad I was brought to tears. Everywhere I read and researched, the signs pointed to candida, candida, candida. I tried every remedy under the sun for candida: nystatin, raw garlic 3x a day, oregano oil, low carb diets, capryllic acid, massive doses of probiotics. No doctors could tell me what was wrong, or help me in any way, including my naturopath, despite doing all the protocols that are supposed to help with candida. I decided to try this product. I've been taking it for 7 weeks now and notice a massive improvement in reduction of bloating and burping. I take 2 or 3 packets a day, with food and immediately prior to bed. My stomach is now flat, internal pressure is lessened, and abdominal distention has disappeared. Acid reflux is almost completely gone and occurs rarely now. Also, the other probiotics I take during the day seem to be really taking effect, whereas prior to using ThreeLac, no matter which or how many probiotics I took, it didn't make the slightest difference. My BM's have improved and I've become regular again. I was 26 when these problems first began and now I am 34 and feel like I have my life back.
I was really excited to give this game to my son because he loves to play the game whenever we go to Cabela's. However, it was difficult to calibrate and even when we thought we had it, we had a hard time accurately targeting anything. So, sadly, the game isn't taken out as often as the others.
I originally bought this for my daughter, however once it arrived and I started leafing through the pages, I decided to keep it for myself. I have made quite a few of the recipes in here, and after seeing the ingredients in others, think not. Hagis comes to mind on that. But the cakes and desserts as well as main dishes, meat pies, soups, etc... Easy to follow and delicious. I would recommend to anyone looking for something different in a cookbook. Don't disregard simply because of the name. One of my favorites is "Kreachers French Onion Soup". Have made numerous times, as well as the homemade fudge. (no special name for that). Anyone that is a fan of the Potter series can find recipes mentioned in the books and movies in this book. Index has a listing of the characters and their specific favorites.
I greatly appreciate what must have been years of research and testing that went into the design of this amazing banana slicer. My one complaint is that it is very difficult to find bananas that fit it properly. Most of them are too short and do not utilize all of the plastic cross pieces that perform the actual slicing of the banana. I am very concerned that the ones in the middle that perform the yeoman's share of the work will wear out faster than the less used ones. For this reason, I suggest bringing the 571B along with you to the store and finding the closest banana match, size-wise. I have recently started bringing along a food grade marker pen for the express reason of writing "DOES NOT FIT 571B" on each inferior banana, so as to save fellow users the trouble of remeasuring substandard fruit.
Bought this item for my daughter after she saw me working with mine. I hesitated but figured she had to learn someday after all she is 40! Love the item. Handles well. Be careful anytime you use a slicer.
Works great on wet curly / kinky hair! The teeth of the comb were very heavy duty and smooth. They did not bend but gave enough give to not be harsh on the strands. I've had other piks that claim to be universal break and teeth go flying across the room NOT this one! I liked the smoothness it gave the hair and the teeth did not snag any strands. I would recommend it. The pik stayed on the dryer well and only slipped once. It would be nice if they had groves on the dryer and pik so that it could screw on. the hair dried very quickly and did not have frizz!
