Great resource, I bought this for the reviews I do at work and it has been a huge help, you just have to tailor it for your industry. It's a one size fits all for appraisals but it does truly fits all sizes. Highly recommend this book. If you're in a Management position and perform appraisals, evaluations, reviews for your staff, this book is a must.

I haven't had the problems I used to have, prior to using this product; however, I am concrened that the label states that part of this product is imported, that worries me. What part is imported and from where is it imported?

Align was suggested to me by my gastro doctor along with a oral suspension perscription. Other perscriptions did not work for me.I took both as perscribed for two days. then I realized that by just taking Align I got my confidence and freedom back from IBS. I am no longer a slave to worry about going out to eat. I know what I need to stay away from, however, it is no longer everything. I am very grateful for Align after suffering from IBS for years.

Fairly easy to apply and looked great on but only lasted about 3-4 days before it started peeling. Feel like the claims of 2 weeks are misleading. Worst part is I wanted to return it and Amazon won't accept it as a return because they claim you can't return items that contain hazardous materials. Not sure how they justified shipping it out in the first place.

This elliptical is definitely worth the money although pricey it's a dependable machine and if I would have had additional $$$ I would have loved the longer stride with the auto adjustment on the foot pedals but overall it's a great machine. Sole backs their product.
