My husband is suffering from chronic neck and spine pain . He has herniated disc and he goes through intense pain sometimes. I got this hot cream to apply it on his painful areas and massage it . So far I love it . This is a good pain relief cream and he likes it too . We found this through kindle unlimited. He's asking for it at night. It's a great story about a boy who admires his dad. I highly recommend it to kids older than mine as well.
