Bought this book because of work. We started using Quickbooks 2 months ago and I was looking for a guide that would be also helpful with accounting and easy to read/explain. This book has been more than that. I never thought managing a business's accounting was so complex but now I'm able to create reports with quickbooks. (:

I've read Keto Clarity & Cholesterol Clarity by Jimmy Moore & have followed Dr. Fung online for awhile. After following a Ketogenic diet combined with an intermittent fasting regimen of 16 hours fasting to 8 hours feeding daily (and occasionally a 24 hour fast here and there), I have lost 71 pounds in 8 months. Fasting (& Keto!) has changed my life. It is so wonderful to be free from the obsession with eating & food constantly. I knew the basics about therapeutic fasting but had never ventured into longer fasts & so I ordered this book so I could learn more about it! I will be starting my first fast longer than 24 hours this week, so we'll see how it goes! Highly recommend this book.

I've had this hot plate for almost 2 months and have no complaints this far. The look and feel of it far surpasses the $10-15 hot plates you find at local stores. It is very heavy and sturdy, and the legs don't wobble.

I suffer from Interstitial cystitis which I manage through modifying my diet to eliminate foods that trigger the problem. But it is so hard to be 100% "good" when lots of favorite foods can trigger a flare up (think: chocolate, citrus, tomatoes, onions, alcohol, caffeine, spices, and many others). My doctor recommended AZO for flare ups and it works every time. I only need to use a couple of tablets once or twice a week, but it takes away the pain and discomfort. Beware that your urine will turn a deep bright orange for a day.

We bought these for my wife who has a really bad sprained ankle with resulting swollen toes and foot.

Any and all bad symptoms from taking Cellfood come from the well known Herxheimer reaction, in which the body starts to detoxify and sometimes the detoxification goes too fast with the resulting headaches, gas, diarrhea, heart palpitations, skin eruptions, weakness,etc. or an array of emotional symptoms. A supplement just supplements the good you do. This Cellfood has done great things for my health and even cope better with the present heat wave (7-22-16) that would usually flatten me. No allergies, no cramps, no soreness, less back pain, much stronger, etc. and a lot less stress (I am doing MY PART, TOO). All in a reasonably short time!
