My boss recomended these vitamins to me and at first I was skeptical. But I said hey what have I got to lose? I feel great abd I am definetly going to reorder them again!

Like several others, I also did a tremendous amount of research. A good friend steered me away from the Shark cleaner so I concentrated on other brands. The Bissell started standing out. My plan was to get the version without the sweeper but Kohl's (I had a discount coupon that made it about the same as Amazon price and I could have it the same day) only had the sweeper one in stock.

This is probably the best story I have read; I belong to a book club and would not have selected this book on my own, but ended up both loving it and recommending it everywhere. Amazon.com also offers the documentary video that was filmed during the voyage - it shows life on the ship as well as the breakup on the ice. I am also using this book in my management training classes as an excellent example of leadership. Enjoy!

This stuff is great, we take it kind of regularly. So it keeps working, and our system doesn't get to use to it. Something like 3 days straight every week or only on the weekends. It does seem to give your immune system a boost from colds and flu, not a pass but a boost to fight them. In addition to good old common sense. Like washing hands and sneezing into your elbow instead. I highly recommend trying it.

Cherniske obviously knows his stuff, and he writes clearly. Many references allow documenting everything he says, and the specific recommendations can prepare readers for productive discussions with their healthcare providers.
