We have been Quickbooks users and vendors for many years now, and despite a recent uptake in technical issues, predominantly network connectivity, it has been a fairly stable program. However, the most recent version (fully patched and updated) refuses to work, or accurately diagnose it's own problems. Spending hours on hold (again) with tech support every time we install this for either ourselves or clients is simply not possible. I am therefore compelled reluctantly to conclude that this product is no longer something that we can use or recommend to clients. Personally, I am always sad to see a company succeed to the level where it becomes apathetic, or deaf to the concerns of its client base, but it does appear that is where Intuit have arrived.

This is exactly as it said it would be. I am starting a collection with my son, and he is always the one who puts the quarters in. They fit snugly, but it is not too tight to get them all the way in. I do warn him to put them in straight because it doesn't seem as if we could get them out easily. At least not without damaging the cardboard.

I like it on my scalp. I have a hard time getting it on my scalp and not my hair. It oils my hair but is amazing on my scalp. This is a great treatment. It does work.

**UPDATE** ordered a replacement on the chance I had a defective unit. Surprise!! The "new" unit "same model" has a completely different menu than the first one. I didn't know which one is the newest version so I called Keurig help and they were NO help. Even when I gave them the S/N of each unit they could not explain which of the two was the latest version or explain why they were different or why the original was spitting grounds everywhere.

I love his books! They give great deal of logistical information that a lot of other books (that might have more attractions) don't go into. The organization of this book is also great and makes it easier to explore the country sides and not just the main cities.
