I bought this for my husband for him to try out and he did notice a difference compared to the other brands he has tried. He said he felt like it was more potent. He said that he noticed he felt all around really good. He felt stronger and more energized. He was able to lift heavier and extend his workout session. His recovery from working out was great. He was not as tired or sore as he normally is. He was more focused on what he was doing and able to accomplish more versus watching tv on his phone or on facebook between sets which would extend the workout session even more. This is a great product to try out to make sure if it will work for you or not. Everybody reacts differently to different things so all because it doesn't work for one person doesn't mean it won't work at all. For an example, there are several different brands of pain relievers like Advil, Tylenol, Alieve, ect and they all do the same thing but have different ingredients. Advil works great for me but doesn't do much for my husband. He needs to take 4 to feel any effect where I only need 1 or 2. Anyways, just something to keep in mind.
