For the first four days I was extremely constipated. Finally I got on my more normal track and thought this program was working. I was so wrong! I went out of town and skipped two days between the cleanse and the max phase. I began the max phase and on the first day I felt sick. I thought it was due to the last two days off but the second day I was so nauseous and had a horrible headache. I threw up most of my food that day and immediately stopped taking the products. 5 days later I'm still recovering. Do not recommend.

It is no better than any other glucosamine/chondroitin supplement, but a lot more expensive. Did not help my joints any more than any other has.

Like many others, I originally purchased this binder for its storage capacity, not its comfort level. Unfortunately, I suffered a minor setback on my most recent women-binding excursion and seem to have now bound myself. I have contacted Amazon about a return, but was notified that they do not accept returned items that contain people. It's really hard to get comfortable in here, I'm running out of ideas and I'm starting to cramp up. Please help me escape before anyone nominates me for a cabinet position.

This monitor is beautiful! Even coming from 1920x1200 I have noticed a big difference. Don't let the 25 inch screen width keep you from buying this monitor, it only enhances the picture. With the increased pixel density, it looks like 25 inch screens are the new sweet spot for 2560x1440 monitors.

I use it with V8 Juice and it's lowered my blood pressure, cholesterol and I have more energy. Beats medications!
