I just finished my 10 day cleanse. Full disclosure, the first 3 days are hard. Your body is getting rid of all the gross that has accumulated over the years. From day 4 on... I felt awesome. I had energy without being dependent on coffee. I am eating healthier and my skin is more vibrant. Over my 10 days, I lost 10lbs, all while sill being able to eat. More importantly, my clothes are lose again and I am down a belt notch.

I got this for my husbands beard, hoping I would be able to use in my hair like some reviews stated. I would recommend to use for it's purpose on the beard, as it made my hair feel a little rough not soft like a hair oil would. It's a bit of a thicker oil (easy to shape and smooth course hair.)

This book provides an enormous amount of information on almost every college in the country. Gives my son a tool for what to shoot for in deciding which colleges to apply to.
