I like this book very much! It is so easy to read and it gives all needed information about oil pulling.

This is one of the best if not the best companies I have ever purchased a product from. Let's start with the product, it's a very rich and moisturizing butter that has a calming smell to it. My wife used it for about 2 weeks now and she has told me how smooth her skin is, I can't comment on whether it helps prevent or clears any stretch marks because we haven't gotten that far yet. The actual company is so welcoming and caring. It feels like I've known them for so long but in actuality it's my first purchase. I received a welcome email and all sorts of friendly emails. Before the financial collapse I was doing pretty well as a trader at a now-defunct investment bank. I typically have to use a very high heat setting when curling my hair. The curl stays and my hair looks pretty good, but I have noticed that it smells burnt, especially at the end of the day! I use a little silk infusion on the ends at night when I get out of the shower when my hair is wet and then again right before I curl or flat iron my hair. Not only does it protect it from the heat and keep the ends looking healthy and smooth, but it makes my hair smell great all day as well, without the greasy effect that I have seen using similar types of serum products. It is a little pricy but definately worth it. I love this product!
