I have used this several times and the least I have lost was 5 pounds -- and that was when I repeated it after only a week in between. I normally lose about 10 pounds.....but I am a big guy and have a lot to lose.

I've used this for the past year to help control an emergent roach problem in an apartment. My main defense was the use of boric acid crystals under the stove and refrigerator. These are places that roaches like to nest, so I was hitting them in their homes. I used this gel in more open spots like the caulking between my counters and the walls.

It's an interesting read, but I can't rate it any higher than 3 stars because at the end the author chooses to bash a political candidate and a religion that has absolutely nothing to do with the theme of the book. He refers to a prophecy that has NEVER been accepted by the church in question OR the candidate in question, who, by the way, isn't even running for president in 2016! After reading that part near the end, I'm left to wonder what the author's agenda really is. Perhaps he, too, is involved in the dissemination of deception whether he realizes it or not? There's lots of useful information in this book but be sure to keep your salt shaker handy to add a few grains where necessary.

Great flick. Very entertaining, great production, great effects, and very well acted. Classic performance by Woody Harrelson. Some of the dialogue is a little weak and sappy. Typical Roland Emmerich film. Quite a spectacle. If you can forgive the minor weaknesses, it's worth watching more than once.
