Everything I read in the book is real and based on years of clinical experience with her clients. Its a tough plan and requires permanent life change and gives you just that, permanent change back if you can find a way to make it work for your life. The latest edition is a must, the editing is really good. I own 2 different editions and there both highlighted and tagged. She does reference her supplements and I have used them as well, but it makes reference to success without them and there is so much true information in the book its worth it alone just for the knowledge.

The game itself doesn't seem to be a whole lot different from the others we have owned. We had the earlier ones on Wii so this one has the Kinect instead of the remotes to tell if you are doing it right. I will comment that the camera is very accurate on seeing what you are doing and the moves you are asked to perform seem to be more complex than the Wii ones we are used to.

This is an amazing trampoline. Our four grandkids (ages 2yr-10yr) play on it constantly. They fall against the netting at high speeds, and it holds them up. We've owned this trampoline through two New York winters. Did not bother to take it apart. Yet, come spring when the snow has melted off of it, it is ready for action, no holes, no tears, and no broken zipper. I bought it because it was the cheapest trampoline with netting that I could find online. Never expected it to be of such great quality.

I have purchased the grammy nominees cps for the past several years. It keeps my knowledge of music current so I can relate to my grandchildren! I love all the cds that I have purchased and keep these all in a folder in my iTunes account. Great listening.
