I bought this book for my mother for tips/tricks for her job. While I have not personally read this book she assures me that she has found it quite helpful and has added to her knowledge and understanding of excel and helped her become more adapt at her job.

I like this product as a pre-workout supplement. It's caffeine-based, which you can definitely feel, and the thermogenic component really does get a good sweat going. Is it an absolutely must have? Probably not. However, it gives me just the right kick and focus to put in a good session at the gym.

Then I read the book "The Arthritis Cure" by Dr. Jason Theodosakis, took the Glucosamine Sulfate and Chondroitin Sulfate capsules he recommends - you can get them at Walgreens, Walmart, CVS and many other places. For some, he recommends more, like Vitamin D3, hyaluronic acid, and other supplements. Just follow Dr. Theo's advice, he is the best. This battery pack was bought to use as a emergency backup while flying for a phone, ipad or stratus. I used it the day I got it to verify its ability and Im glad I did. The pack provided less then 3/4 charge on my Ipad Air 2 before dying. Additionally the pack became very hot during discharge. I'm currently awaiting a response from seller and will update review when this is recieved.

I got this mount for my 55" Samsung tv that hangs in the Living Room. I was a little hesitant considering that the tv is very large and heavy but the material this mount is made of feels very strong and durable. Everything I needed, including the screws and a drill bit, was included in the box. My tv looks great on the wall and its holding up great. I love it.
