  • Frank Bridge - Office 2013 installed perfectly in minutes

FWIW, I opened my Office packet, found the key card, followed the very brief instructions on the Microsoft Office site, and the Office suite installed so easily that it was over before I realized what had happened. It all took about five minutes from the point that I opened the plastic wrap on the package. It took longer to view Microsoft’s silly promotional video.

  • NorCal2NYC - Get excited about... Flossing?

I think anyone who is not professionally involved with dental hygiene can agree that flossing is annoying and is inclined to resist it, even if we know better. After another gentle lecture from my dentist and a recommendation of Cocofloss by the hygentist, I gave it a shot. And I was hooked.

  • Steven Miyamoto - seems to work well

I use one laptop for internet access, and the other one for files only. No viruses get transferred. So I installed the internet Kaspersky on the new Dell with Windows 8. There's no "shut down" icon on Windows 8 so I can't really turn the computer off. I keep getting a message that the Kaspersky can only update files when the computer is shut off. Duhhh. I can only hope Kaspersky corrects this for Windows 8 next year.

  • jazzyj - The best!

Not to be gross but I have had a real issue with fissures, little hemroids and itch. This is the best thing ever. I have tried everthing...but this is the only thing I have used that has worked.

  • Rhonda - This is an AMAZING resource!

I have been scouring the internet for over a year, looking for any and all information about publishing my middle grade manuscript and I'm so glad I got the 2014 Children's Writer's & Illustrator's Market! It covers all aspects of the business of being a writer; I have been carrying it around with me the last several days, highlighting and marking pages. The articles are informative and instructive and because of the easy-to-use layout, I was quickly able to develop a list of agents and publishers to query, knowing that I would be putting my work in the hands of people most likely to be receptive. I mark this book as a must-have for any children's writer that aspires to be published!
