Great source of choline. Alpha GPC by Vitamonk comes in a very nice and professional container with security seal intact on arrival. The bottle contains 60 pills with a recommended serving being one pill. Each pills contains 325mg of Alpha GPC, which is approximately 130mg of choline by weight. The pills are professionally packaged inside of the bottle. No reside or powder is on the outside like some pills. The pills have a good seal and no smell or taste which is fantastic. This is great natural product to improve focus and memory. Product provides a nice clean focus without feeling jittery or overstimulated like some other products. Did Not Work At All. My Cheap Manual Foot Filer Does Much Better Than This Does. Very Disappointed!!!

Without a companion pamphlet to guide the user through setting up objectives and selecting activities, it's difficult to readily discern the relative merits of YSFE. The activities, such as stomp it and block breaker, are fun. I find myself looking forward to doing them and it helps to motivate me to push myself through the more challenging workouts since I'm already up and working the game.

As I have gotten older my eye lashes and brows grow much slower. I have been looking for a product that would be less expensive than using false lashes and less trouble. I put this on in the morning after my shower. I have noticed some new lashes. At first it was hard to see because they are very blonde. I'm looking forward to more growth.
