According to what my BMI should be, I was about 5 to 7 pounds overweight. That means I didn't look overweight, but my over 50 year old belly kept reminding me that it was out of whack with the rest of me! So since a relative began a program that includes several other items including a bottle of product that mimics, exactly, the ingredients displayed on this bottle, and since I didn't want to spend as much money on my "plan" as the relative did, I purchased this. Over the 34 days that the product lasted (a little accident/spill robbed me of perhaps an additional 2 or 3 days), I lost exactly TEN POUNDS, and TWO INCHES OFF my belly.

So, the idea of having a serial automatically delivered to my kindle really intrigued me, but in the interest of full faith and disclosure, I didn't find this until it was almost done, meaning that I pretty much read it as a book, not a serial.
