  • Marya - A bit of a pain but generally ok

The usual unhappy marriage of convenience between Microsoft and Apple, where the best parts of each are unavailable to the other while they bring out the worst in each other. The Office suite is less elegantly designed & slightly harder to use under Apple's design restrictions, while Apple's own "elegance" interferes with function as well. I'm thinking at the moment about the clunky "ribbon" setup which isn't as clear on the Mac as it is on a PC, but there are too many examples to mention. That said, it works fairly well once you get used to it and if you have a Mac at home and PC at work, it is a necessary evil and it does let you get things done. It really seems to me, though, that in future I'll have to commit one way or the other, and with Apple's other interoperability limitations, it will have to be PC all the way from now on. Sigh.

  • gamer - Glide along smooth paved roads

This is a very good bike. I am a casual biker. After a lot of research and trying some bikes in stores, I decided to go with this Bike. • Diane Cole - Natural remedy for a seasonal allergy suffer

This stuff really works and it does not dry you out or make you drowsy like some of the other over the counter rememdies do. I was told about this by a friend and I would recomend it to anyone who suffers from seasonal allergies.

  • Tbone - Very Poor Support

I owned HCSD 2008 and upgraded to 2012. I recently found a bug in their software and spent considerable time documenting it for their "support" team. Hallmark's canned response was that they only "support" the most recent two versions, i.e., 2013 and 2014. I found this difficult to accept and inquired whether I was at least running the most current version of 2012, and Hallmark replied with the same exact email ... word-for-word. For a company with such a positive reputation, they should stand by their products better.

  • L. T. - I thought that I would truly Love this appliance

I thought that I would truly Love this appliance. I thought that it would run forever...It seems that the mechanism to make the blades work/spin is defective on 1 that I have tried. I want to try it again so I will re order. I hope that it was just a fluke.
