    This book has a lot of good information and successfully combines several different theories of nutrition. One drawback is that they often reference products of their own and consistently use Stevia as a sweetener in their recipes. Lots of people use stevia, but I personally do not like it, therefore I'm back to no foods with a sweet taste. Gail Burton's book, Candida Control Cookbook, does mention a type of vegetable glycerine which may work for a sweetener.

    This ingredient list may contain some fancy terms but it really just contains some fairly common weight loss aids like green coffee bean, bioprene black pepper to absorb easier and other seeds and roots. The 'diet' side of the pills are the usual gamut of ingredients all claimed but never proven to be effective at weight loss. After trying them for a little over a week, maybe I lost a pound or two without much change to my routine, which is eating fairly healthy, but not too much exercise.. As far as the pills themselves, they are an acceptable size, and are easy enough to swallow. Make sure you drink plenty of water to combat some of the gas pains I experienced the first couple of times I took it. While I wish it was so easy to just take a pill, go about my day and wake up skinnier, I know in my head that exercise and diet are the real keys. Less calories in + more calories spent = weight loss. Simple as that. These may help suppress the appetite a little but I can't confirm nor deny any of their claims.

    It's been clear for a while now that Michael Buble has been looking out to branch away from the standards that launched his career into his own brand of pop. From his debut to Nobody But Me, Michael's albums have steadily featured more and more on his own pop songs and away from the "safe pop" of Call Me Irresponsible's "Everything." But this exposes a problem that is especially prevalent in Nobody But Me: the standards he continues to do combine with his own pop songs (themselves which have become increasingly exploratory of more genres such as rap) combine to make for an uneven album. It's as if Michael tries to have it both ways - relying on his bread and butter standards, while also really trying branch out into pop. While I reside in the "standards" camp, I can understand Michael in not wanting to limit his career to simply singing other's songs. However, what made his earlier pop songs like "Everything" great was that they seamlessly combined with the rest of the album in a complementary and cohesive effort, in a way that they don't in Nobody But Me.

    This book is great. It is to the point and relevant. All practice questions very much mimic questions found in ETS official guides. All content is easily digestible and helpful. I not only highly recommend this book, but also I recommend taking private tutoring classes with Erfun (GRE Comppass). He really is as good as it gets!
