I love the treadmill. Smooth, quiet, comfortable. My husband is 6' 3", 225 lbs. and he has the same feeling. He was worried that the deck wouldn't be long enough for him (it is) or sturdy enough (it is). We both run intervals and find the transitions are easy for both the speed and incline. The extra stuff (speakers and fan) are nice add ons, though the fan isn't very strong. Very happy with our purchase.

My objective in purchasing and using this product was mostly to give my hair a little "boost". I have noticed the past year or so that my hair is a bit more limp, thin, and lacks body. Although I was consistent with taking regular multi-vitamins, I thought I would try this brand, since it is supposed to provide a lot of the nutrients required for healthy, vibrant hair. Unfortunately, even after regular use for about 6 months, I have not noticed any significant improvement in the quality and health of my hair. As for my skin and nails... well, my nails have always been very healthy and strong. I can say that while using this product, they may be growing a bit more quickly. My skin has not noticeably changed in any way. The only thing I can say with regard to that, is perhaps as the colder, drier air of fall and winter become a factor, maybe the vitamins will help with the dry skin issues that have in the winter. Another negative, the dosage of these vitamins is 3 capsules per day. For the money, I believe that taking one good daily multi-vitamin will produce the same benefits in a more economical manner.

I've tried a lot of supplements to help with my anxiety since I am really wanting to avoid meds. However, I've had an increase in my anxiety which have led to attacks. While looking up another product for my husband, I saw this. I read the reviews and saw that their proprietary blend included several key, natural ingredients that are proven to help calm the mind. I purchased and have been taking 1 pill twice a day for the last 3 weeks along with my normal daily vitamins. I have noticed a significant difference in my level of anxiety. My mood is more level and I'm able to focus better.

Installed easily, just as described in instructions, with just a little manipulating. It looks great and is unobtrusive. The rack's design did not infringe or take away from the Grand Cherokee's design. I'll probably leave it on all the time. To date I have not had an opportunity to test its load capabilities, but I expect no problems as it seems to be well designed with good materials.

I have had this thing on my truck for almost a month now. It is high quality and fits perfect. I like that when it is on the truck, it is secure and I have no worries about it, but it only takes a couple of minutes to take it off for hauling large stuff. I had a much more expensive hard fold-able on my old truck, I prefer this one big time.
