The software itself is very good and easy to use and understand, but you are in big trouble if you need to call the "800" number. The wait is very long...like a half hour...and when you get someone, they may not be able to help you, and if they try to transfer, you get several "please wait" recordings before being told that "your call can not be completed, call again" followed by a hang up. It took me three calls with a total wait time of nearly an hour and a half to finally get someone who could correct an activation code. So I split the difference...five stars if it all works without the need for "customer service" and one star if you need someone to help you.

Honestly I was so stinking confused, for weeks and months, I'd sit there looking at it, trying to prepare myself to teach this to my son and I just didn't really get it. I looked at Dianne Craft's YouTube videos and I listened to the audios and even watched the DVDs and I just felt more inept. Then the day came that I was to start teaching this to my son and I just sort of prayed that God would guide me. Somehow as I was teaching it, it started to click for me and the videos and audios started to make sense. My son did the program and the immense improvement was astronomical. He not only surpassed his little sister whom he was behind but he's surpasse other kids in his grade level. He reads for fun now. He reads books outside of his grade level for fun! This was a kid that would be brought to tears because he just couldn't read well. Thank You Dianne Craft. I thought your system sounded like Bologna but I'm so glad we took the leap and made the purchase.

This item clearly says on the cover that it includes Federal and State tax ability. The item I received only included the Federal. When I attempted to use the State feature, it directed me to a site to purchase the State portion. Federal was fine.

I see a HUGE difference in my hair. I have very fine/thin hair! I was becoming very self-conscious of this over the past few years and since using this product I can honestly say I see new hair growth and the fuller head of hair! Nothing has ever worked for me before this! I am buying a 1 ounce size this time! I do wish it were somewhat cheaper, but this larger size should last me a good six months I'm predicting. Thank you so much for a wonderful product! Please do not stop making it!

Very easy to operate but takes a few pours to get the technique right. I find that it doesn't work so well for IPAs but does extremely well for stouts, porters, and the like. It really does make can and bottled beer taste like it was just tapped fresh from a keg. It's insulated and will keep beer cold for 12 hours or add ice and it will stay cold for 24 hours but don't leave growlers inside uncapped overnight.
